VISIONITALY was born from the strong experience in the automation and precision mechanic field applied to the optics and eyewear industry.

With a wide experience gained in more than fifty years and in a view of business continuity, Visionitaly invested in technological knowhow transfer to different industrial applications and finding new outlets, accepting new challenges, unimaginable up to a decade ago.

Without following the classic approach based on the "secret of doing" and we decided to involve new professional partners in design, engineering and manufacturing of components, both mechanical and thermoplastic, creating products with a complex design for both industrial and consumer use.

It is thanks to the willing to create complex projects and products of great reliability in a simple way, to provide careful and scrupulous technical consultancy but with low costs, that we are proud to affirm that, today, our company is able to provide a 360° service, from the design to the realization of the prototypes upto the industrialization and mass production.

We therefore added new accounts to the traditional customers of the eyewear production chain such us leading companies in the sector of personal protective equipment for work and leisure, companies specialized in components in light alloys and established companies in the production of high-performance technical components.

Our strength is based on a careful examination of the customer's needs, studying and proposing alternative and innovative solutions, materials and production processes: thanks to the involvement of a network of professionals and reliable suppliers we lead to completion of complex projects with complex design.

» COOPERATION, DESIGN AND INDUSTRALIZATION.

Our goal is to provide high quality services in the design and industrialization of personal protective equipment, light alloy components, textile components with high mechanical resistance and automatic machines for the eyewear and small printing sector (pad printing with ink).

We achieve our goals collaborating transparently and punctually with the customer in all phases of project development, from design to mass production.

Every single phase and technical choice is discussed internally and supported by trusted technical partners, in order to be able to offer a set of solutions; first on the choice of materials, then on the production techniques that can achieve the goal of quality and cost.

Every needs are evaluated at 360°, considering all technical aspects: from design to industrialization phase, constantly monitoring the costs of project development and production, in order to always provide timely detail for each phase.

The point of strength is the cooperation with a well established industrial design studio with many European awards recognition, which follows the project from the initial phase of the customer's request, passing from the technical sketch to the creation of 3D models.

In synergy with the designer we evaluate the choice of materials and industrial production processes.

Once the design phase has been completed, VISIONITALY is able to provide the creation of the product from the prototype to mass production, with constant reports to customers and attention to the pre-established budget.

In particular for the field of Personal Protective Equipment, on which we have a consolidated production experience and where CE certification is mandatory, we can follow the complete process for certification at an accredited testing laboratory, including the drafting of the necessary technical documentation.

With this approach we have provided successful products to our customers throughout Europe who have recognized us as a reliable and highly competent supplier.

From the idea to the production: creativity and experience are the requirements that have allowed us to use our skills in different sectors and with results recognized by our customers.

We have supplied production equipments in the eyewear and fashion sector, starting from the verification of the customer requirements, providing test samples up to the turnkey machine, ready for production.

With the decline of eyewear we have transferred the experience acquired in the design, prototyping and mass production of light alloy protective equipment, sports and protective helmets.

The challenge was tough but we made ourselves known and appreciated by our customers thanks to our ideas and the synergy with our strategic partners for industrial design and production.

For this reason each project is faced as a new challenge and with the constant aim of obtaining a product with attention to every details, innovative, safe and with acceptable costs. Test us.

» production of automatic and semiautomatic machines certified 2006 / CE / 42 - machinery directive:
- Cold rotary hammering of metal alloys;
- Pad printing machine of single ink color printing;

» production of consumer and safety products:
- certified hooks and hardware for retaining in high-strength aluminum alloy (ERGAL and ANTICORODAL);
- CE certified pulleys and sliding systems in aluminum alloy (ERGAL and ANTICORODAL) for mountaineering and industrial use;
- CE certified helmets, made with IN-MOULDING technology for the sports sector (mountaineering, skiing, cycling) and for industrial protection.

» realization of components with high technological content and with complex geometries:
- components for furniture and fashion industry in stainless steel (AISI 304, AISI 316 and AISI 630) made by cold forming;
- anodized components in aluminum alloy (ERGAL and ANTICORODAL) with high mechanical resistance obtained by cold forming or on request by hot forging;
- protective wear-resistant components made by sintered powder technology in stainless steel (AISI 316 and AISI 630) and titanium.
