We produce automatic and semi-automatic machines developed for the metal eyewear industry. The number of machines sold and appreciated all over the world are still requested or needed a technical updating to the latest automation state of the art and regulatory specifications.
Today we build and supply the following types of machines:
• cold rotary hammering machines for reduction of the diameter and stretching of wire segments in various types of metal alloys (wire diameters from 1 mm up to 6 mm);
• machines for single-color ink transferring on various substrates and materials also known as pad-printing technique. This technique allows to reproduce small drawings, writings and decorations with high printing resolution using high scratch and aging resistance inks.
Our machines have multiple uses especially in sectors such as eyewear, sports items, micromechanics and automotive.
